Snow Days

On our street, all the shops are closed. No body is moving.
The Church of the Resurrection (Holy Sepulchre) with snow on the roof. For the last two days we forgot about the conflict, the checkpoints, and all the rest of the hardships of occupation. Children were out of school, businesses were closed, and people simply rested or played together in their respective neighborhoods. It was a refreshing change that will not last.
